It was but a little more than a month ago that I, myself, was in New Orleans. I’m very lucky in the fact that I have great future in-laws. My fiancée’s family takes me everywhere with them on vacations. It’s kind of nice actually. I get to take advantage of all kinds of cool trips I myself couldn’t afford. And so it was in this vain that I went to the Big Easy for a fun and food filled weekend by the River.
